A wonderful opportunity to rent on an annual basis, a remote West Coast Highland estate of approximately 1500 acres, which takes in approximately 1.5 miles of sea frontage complete with a newly built traditional stone lodge.
The lodge is set on the shores of Loch Hourn under the majestic Munro of Ladhar Bheinn, and enjoys breathtaking views across the sea to the picturesque village of Arnisdale and Beinn Sgritheall, another mountain of over 3,000ft on the skyline. The three bedroom lodge has been built to exacting modern specifications including Sky TV, mobile phone signal access and high speed broadband, so you can communicate and keep on top of business if you wish.
Glac Nan Sgadan Lodge sits on the shore with direct access to Loch Hourn offering boating facilities and fishing in the sea. The only access is by boat, which is a short trip from Arnisdale. A boatman is available to take you back and forth, or on day trips. There are canoes, a sailing dinghy, and a motorboat subject to experience and insurance.
There is stalking available for red deer and an excellent young stalker on hand if required.
