Villa Loma Bonita is an imposing 10,000 sq.ft property, perched on the cliffs above the renowned Las Ballenas beach. Located within the private gated community of Loma Bonita in Las Terrenas it  enjoys panoramic views of the Dominican coastline.

This sprawling contemporary Mexican home was designed by acclaimed French architect Jacques Brown in collaboration with the original Belgium owner Lud Verhelst. Whilst open, extravagant and modern, it is a uniquely warm and welcoming living space allowing for unobstructed spectacular panoramic vistas of both ocean and mountains.

The curved infinity pool features a swim up bar with built in under-water concrete bar stools. With a freestanding palapa, covering the outside entertainment bar, this is a perfect outside entertaining space all year round.

Additional internal entertaining space is provided for downstairs where there is a gym, massage room, pool table, table tennis table and TV lounge area.
