Land Reform

The Draft Land Reform (Scotland) Bill was published on the 23rd June and we are studying its contents. At first our first reading of the draft we believe that it does not contain too many unanticipated new provisions. As expected the re-introduction of “sporting rates” is proposed and should you wish to discuss any aspect of the Bill then Please contact Richard M Seaman MRICS.
