Land Reform

23rd June 2015

The Draft Land Reform (Scotland) Bill was published on the 23rd June and we are studying its contents. As expected the re-introduction of “sporting rates” is proposed and should you wish to discuss any aspect of the Bill then Please contact Richard M Seaman MRICS.
